One man who is at the moment set to take over the Nigerian movie industry by storm is Lagos Island big boy, Bankole Sunday, CEO 100% Bar And Lounge Elegusi.
The young and very industrious dude, who was born and brought up in Omu_Aran,Kwara State, attended St Paul Primary School, and Government Secondary School Omu-Aran. He later studied Accountancy at the Offa Polytechnic in the same state.
Growing up for him wasn’t much fun because he is the only child of his parents but his mum had 3 girls outside while his dad also got a baby girl from another woman.
Bankole relocated to Lagos in 2004 and that was exactly the year he started a bar business which later became something big. He also developed interest in acting after watching Yinka Quadri as a child and it inspired him a lot before he made up his mind to join the movie industry in 2012 under Hassan Omogoriola’s Caucus.
Sunday’s first production was titled ELEGUSI SPENDER in 2015 and it was directed by Ibrahim Yekini better known as ITELE.
He also produced several hit movies like EJE KAN, ESURU, OLOKO, ITAN MI, YAN (CHOOSE), LEKKI GUYS, BANUSO. He recently concluded a new project titled ASAN (VANITY) directed by Afeez Owo and managed by Afeez Eniola. It Stars the likes of Odunlade Adekola, Afeez Owo, Mide Martins, Yetunde Wunmi, Afeez Eniola, Yetunde Bakare, Akin Kolapo Richie, Yetunde Aderibigbe, Oyinkan Elebuibon and many more.
