What are your memories of playing as a child? I remember playing hide and seek in the compound of my childhood house in Lagos. Or making kites and pulling at them against the current of the wind. Or the time I made a telephone out of empty milk containers and a string and showed it to my mum for approval. But what I have never done is mounting a horse in the middle of traffic. And in my school uniform. Like the one in the picture below – It looks fun with a little smoldering air of danger. But they are only being kids. So let them play.
