Federal Road Safety Corp (FRSC) Boss, Boboye Sholeye has vowed to prosecute errant drivers on Nigerian roads.
He made this affirmation at the Annual Haulage and Logistics Magazine Conference and Exhibition (HAULMACE), in Lagos.
Consequently, Boboeye is advocating for high fines, so road users can observe good road conduct.
Accordingly, the FRSC is tasked with the responsibility of maintaining high standards on Nigerian roads.
The discussants at the event were of the general opinion that haulage project must be redefined for general profitable satisfaction.
Furthermore, the CEO of A & A Global Leasing, Dr. Oluseye Yomi Sholeye said the Haulage business was a key factor in the Nigerian economy.
She also advised that high standard must be maintained to minimize road crashes.
The Convener of HAULMACE,Alfred Okugbeni, said he is sure the conference will eventually proffer solutions to tanker and trailer crashes in the country.
