Former Nigerian international Football Star, Kanu Nwankwo, popularly known as Papilo, has offered to pay 80 percent of the tuition fees for training in professional Photography and members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) will benefit from his largess.
Sources in the NYSC orientation camp, located at Iyana-ipaja in Lagos revealed to Happening.com.ng, that David Aina, the manager of Kanu Nwankwo’s photography studio, Papilo Studio, paid a courtesy visit to the camp and extended this gesture on behalf of the former Nigerian football captain.
According to Aina, Kanu Nwankwo has promised to pay 80% of the training tuition fee for Corps members who are interested in the training, while they are expected to pay just 20% of the fees.
This will not be the first time this African football legend, is giving back to the society.
Recall that Kanu Nwankwo has also set up a heart foundation- Kanu Nwankwo Heart Foundation to cater for young people living with heart related problems in Nigeria.
