Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Raji Fashola, Senate President, Bukola Saraki will lead other government officials to Uyo National stadium today for 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying match between Nigeria and the Chipolopolo of Zambia.
According to information at our disposal, Fashola would be representing President Muhammadu Buhari, while he would also be joined by the Senate President Bukola Saraki, and Senator Godswill Akpabio, as well as other government officials to give the Super Eagles unflinching support.
Aside aforementioned personalities, other top officials who will fly into Akwa Ibom for the crunch tie are Minister of Youth and Sports, Barr. Solomon Dalung and the Chairmen of the Senate and House Committees on Sports, Senator Obinna Ogba and Hon. Goni Bukar Lawan. Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State and members of the Akwa Ibom State cabinet are the host.
A win for the Super Eagles today will seal their qualification for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
