These are the best of times for Juju music stars,Sir Shina Peters (SSP) and Segun Adewale, as their 40 year old rift has been settled.
Happenings gathered that, one of the juju elders,Dele Abiodun aka Adawa Super, a peace maker, called four juju artistes in front of the Association Of Juju Musicians of Nigeria(AJUMN), during Shina Peters 60th celebration at Bisi Olatilo’s office,Anthony Village, Lagos, penultimate Sunday and told them to allow peace reign.
After settling, SSP and Segun Adewale’s feud,he asked them to compulsorily do a collabo in live performance. Furthermore Adawa super also settled the feud between ex Lagos AJUMN chairman, Seun Aransiola and Titi Oguntoyinbo.
Recall that,SSP and Segun Adewale both left General Prince Adekunle’s band of blessed memory to establish their own band. They both released 8 albums together before they quit as a band and went separately to establish their individual bands.
SSP,Segun Adewale made two tracks together, out of their past albums.
